Tips For Building Muscle [im 16]?
ill keep this as short as possible for the answer’s i’m looking for.

Age : 16

Height : 5′11

Weight : 155′ish

ok i just got back from 2 years in the philippines and i want to really work hard and get Rip. i got the motivation so i just need to be pointed in the correct direction. my body type is the kind where i use to and still kind of do eat as much as i want and DO NOT gain any weight my matabilsim is crazy fast. So my current work out is .. 50 crunches x 5-6 set’s . 3 sets of 15 reps’s on the bowflex-like machine we got from cosco. then 16 rep’s x 3 set’s of 15lb Dumbell’s and before all this 5 mins of fast RUNNING on the treadmill to warm up then 1 min of walking to cool down. and i do all this about TWO times a day, once when i wake up i do all this, then before i go to sleep. NOW for protein and stuff i drink 2-3 big glasses [1 "serving"] of EAS premium protein powder Drinks a day, AND 1-2 muscle milk shake chocolate things. SOO the question is. how is my routine atm? because ive read because my metab is so fast i should really be getting alot of carbs since i want to put on muscle any truth to that? what could i change? any "vitianams" or muscle building Pills you recommend i buy [im 16].. pretty much anything. i got the motivation to do it so yea. i really am motivated to get rip and in shape to the max. thanks in advance


You should be drinking a gallon of WHOLE milk a day!

Eat plenty of almonds, tuna, lean ground beef, peanut butter, whole grain pasta, fruits and vegetables,

Cut out the calisthenics and start doing squats, dead lifts, bench presses, shoulder presses with HEAVY weights and LOW reps.

1. Eat about 6 complete meals throughout the day (Grains, protein, fruits, vegetables) spaced out about every 2-3 hours.
2. Be as active as you can. Nothing to do for 10 minutes? Knockout 10 elevated push ups.
3. Eat some spicy foods, take a lot of vitamin C, and drink between a half gallon and a whole gallon of WATER a day.
4. No more soda. Ever.
5. If you do drink coffee, drink it black.
6. Do at least 35 minutes of cardio straight at least once a day, at least three times a week, more if you are not trying to put on muscle.
7. Do a large amount of full body exercises whenever possible (Pull-ups, Chin ups, dips, squats, power cleans)
8. Get at least 6 hours of sleep a night, but no more then 9.
9. Avoid anything deepfried, white bread, sprinkles, and any refined sugar.
