Aren't most people sick of this neverending retirement saga with Brett Favre?
I was at the gym this morning and I was watching Sports Center and Favre pending a physical will be joining the Vikings.
Im sure that MOST people are getting sick of this and probably more-so being Packers fans.
Who would agree with this.
packer fan here.
yes i am sick of it
he’s a pussy
vikings can have the 500 year old douche
they will still suck

I think the only fans that are more sick of the bull$h!+ than Packer fans are Vikings fans.

yeah i think if people wanted to watch drama, they’d watch the soap channel not the nfl.

Hell no! Favre is the greatest sports hero of all-time. We were sick of thug Vick news.
You will see all the racist Vick fans posting anti-Favre stuff today. Are you one of them?

yeah i think this has gone on long enough. he needs to stop retiring and just play until his body gives out. if that’s another 4 or 5 years then so be it.

at least this has them stop talking about Michael Vick

I’m getting sick of it. He has been doing this every year for several years now. Soon he will run out of teams that will want to use him. I think he just wants to ensure that his records won’t get broken by Peyton Manning. The first time his games started in a row streak has ended, I think he’ll be done. I figured he’d come back this year. That’s just his style. He’s getting old and his injuries are mounting up. Soon the injuries will prevent him from playing.
At least he is still playing good, but I just wish he’d quit all the waffling on whether he’ll play or not.

Yeah, but it isn’t like Favre changed his mind on this one. He just let the media think he was actually going retire. But honestly, if you remember when he said he would retire, he said he was going play with the high school team still.. If he still going work out, I was sure he wasn’t done.
At least, it’s now over. I HIGHLY doubt, even Favre, would think of coming back next season.

Wrote a song about it ………
This is the career that never ends
it goes on and on my friends
Brett starting playing it
not knowing what it was
and kept on playing it
just because

im definitely sick of it. if your gonna retire, retire for good. I hate athletes who retire and dont get over it. they get so tempted to "make a comeback" to satisfy their own ego. another good example is Floyd Mayweather Jr. Even Michael Jordans comeback with the Wizards was just horrible. I dont think i can ever recall a comeback that has been amazing with the exeption of Michael Jordan’s Chicago Bull’s comeback after quitting professional baseball. Case in point, Brett Favre will never win another superbowl…especially now that he is with the Vikings.

Brett Farve has gone from football hero to joke in three short years. He just needs to go away. As a Viking fan, I am more pissed at the organization for not getting a viable quarterback over the last two years. Now we get to be in the center ring of the Farve circus. Clearly the guy just wants to get back at Green Bay and the Viking brass is stupid enough to jump on board.
And no…this has nothing at all to do with Vick. To mention one in conjunction with the other is stupidity.

Well, I’m a Packer fan and actually find it amusing at this point.

yes I am sick of it Brett Favre use to be one of my favorite football players and now I cannot stand him

A once great Quarterback(not man) is intent on destroying all that he has accomplished. He is the prototypical jock that never grew up. When he is finally done disgracing his legacy we will then be forced to listen to him as an announcer somewhere. When all is said and done this part of his career will not be remembered though.

I do. The NFL doesn’t need all this publicity about Brett Favre coming out of retirement to join the Vikings. This is a slap in the face for all to see. Can’t Brett Favre get a clue for once that the NFL doesn’t have any need for him to play for another team anymore & can’t he just keep his word & say he’s retired for good? Looks like another circus-media type frenzy is going to be around this season to see if Favre still has it or not.

I dont wanna hear about this any more.
